About Journal

IMT Faridabad mooted the idea of starting a Magazine in the year 1999, Vision Beyond, in joint efforts of the students, alumni, corporate delegates & a core group of faculty members. Then in the year 2011, the Institute launched its International Journal VIJ Vision International Journal ISSN 2231-3311.

The objective of our journal encompasses reporting new research to help readers identify and understand significant trends in Management & IT research. VIJ represents the culmination of efforts from many people who believe that management & computing Education publication deserves proper exposure and recognition. Our desire is to make the journal not only attractive but also informative to all the members.

• Examining issues of high importance in management & Computing theory and practice.
• Publishing research-based knowledge in order to inform and improve management & IT practice.
• Advising as to whether and to what extent models can be translated and applied by the practicing managers.
• Multidisciplinary focus, publishing articles on organization theory and behaviour, strategic and human resource management – from empirical studies and theoretical developments to practical applications.
