He currently serves as Principal Director of the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Faridabad; Director of the Institute of Law & Research (ILR), Faridabad; St. Peter’s College and St. Peter's International School, where he continues to strengthen academic standards and institutional excellence through visionary leadership. Prof. S.K. Narang is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta with 25 years of corporate experience and 20 years of academic and administrative experience, including serving as Director at DAV Institute of Management, Faridabad and as a Professor at IMT Faridabad. Dr. Narang is known for his strong practical orientation, he guides students in developing a marketable personality and professional skills to succeed in corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors. Prof. Narang combines industry insight with academic expertise to mentor students, enhance employability, and foster holistic development.

Professor (Dr.) Parul Khanna is an eminent academician, researcher, and academic administrator with over two decades of distinguished service in higher education since 2000. Currently serving as Professor & Vice-Principal, she is recognised for her strategic leadership, strong research orientation, and unwavering commitment to academic excellence and student success. Her areas of specialisation include Human Resource Management and Marketing, with a growing focus on technology-driven and AI-enabled management practices. Dr. Khanna has an exceptional scholarly and innovation profile, with 56 publications in reputed international journals, 5 authored books, and 6 chapters in edited volumes. She has successfully guided 19 Ph.D. scholars and 1 M.Phil. scholar, demonstrating deep expertise in research methodology, academic writing, and mentoring. Prof. (Dr.) R.N. Singh is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Management with 30 years of teaching experience and expertise as an M.Phil. and Ph.D. guide in Management. He specialises in Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, B2B Marketing, Sales and Distribution Management, Industrial Marketing, Production and Materials Management, Environmental Studies, Disaster Management, Principles of Management, and Business Organisations. He is committed to uplifting society, fostering community engagement, and enhancing the academic standards and character development of students. Dr. Singh combines his extensive academic and professional experience to mentor students, promote research, and support holistic development, ensuring both academic excellence and social responsibility.

An accomplished Associate Professor and Head of the Management Department, specialising in Business Statistics, Analytics, Operations Research, Business Communication, and Indian Financial Systems and Financial Markets. As Head of the Department, she demonstrates strong leadership, strategic vision, and organisational skills, successfully mentoring faculty, coordinating academic programs, and organising seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Dr. Geeta Shiromani is an experienced Associate Professor and Head of the BBA (CAM) Department, well-versed in Managerial Economics, Human Resource Management, Micro and Macro Economics, and International Business Environment, with expertise in technology-based teaching methods. With over 27 years of teaching experience, she is recognised for creating an effective learning environment, mentoring students, and consistently achieving academic and classroom management goals. As HOD BBA (CAM), she demonstrates strong leadership, faculty management, and organisational skills, coordinating academic programs, fostering faculty development, and ensuring high-quality student learning outcomes. She is student-focused, innovative, and committed to academic excellence, employing modern teaching and assessment tools to enhance engagement and comprehension. Dr. Geeta has authored three books: Managerial Economics (MBA I), International Business Environment (MBA II), and Foundation of International Business (BBA VI), and has published 10 research papers, including one UGC-CARE listed article, reflecting her significant contributions to academic research and knowledge dissemination.

Dr. Poonam Tokas is a student-centred Associate Professor and Head of the BBA Department with 16 years of teaching experience. She specialises in Company Law, Corporate Law, Business Law, and Consumer Protection and is recognised for creating an effective and engaging learning environment through well-prepared classes, relevant assignments, and innovative, technology-based curriculum delivery.As HOD, she demonstrates strong leadership, team management, organisational skills, and strategic vision, successfully guiding faculty, coordinating academic programs, and fostering a culture of excellence. Mr. Sandeep Nagar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at IMT Faridabad, with eight years of teaching experience. He holds academic qualifications including MBA, M.Com, BBA, and B.Ed., reflecting a strong foundation in management and education. He is passionate about finance and specializes in teaching Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Income Tax, and Indian Financial Services. Ms. Manjusha Kaur Bedi holds an MBA and B.Ed. degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has 10 years of teaching experience and is committed to teaching subjects such as Business Research Methodology, Business Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Financial Accounting, and International Marketing.She has actively participated in and presented research papers at national and international conferences and seminars, demonstrating her engagement in academic research and professional development.

Ms. Seep Taneja completed her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Kurukshetra University and has eight years of teaching experience. She is committed to teaching subjects such as Introduction to Internet Technology, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and Systems Analysis and Design (SAD). She has actively participated in and presented research papers at national and international conferences, reflecting her engagement in academic research and professional development.

Dr. Upasana completed her Ph.D. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She has actively contributed to academics through research papers presented at various national seminars and conferences and has published research work in UGC-approved peer-reviewed journals.She is the author of several academic books, including Tourism Corporation Management (Performance and Evaluation), Tourism and Hospitality in the 21st Century, Recent Advances in World Tourism, Aarthik Vicharon ka Itihas, and Tourism Trends Worldwide. Dr. Upasana demonstrates strong commitment to teaching and specializes in subjects such as Monetary Economics, Indian Economic Policy, IVHS, Corporate Governance, and Retail Management.

Ms. Deepti Jain is experienced in teaching core computer science and software development subjects, including C, C++, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Visual Basic (VB), Software Engineering, Systems Analysis & Design (SAD), and SQL. She emphasises strong conceptual clarity along with practical application in her teaching approach. Ms. Priyanka Kumar is an accomplished academician and marketing professional, currently serving as Assistant Professor of Marketing at IMT College, Faridabad. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing and Business Analytics, providing a strong interdisciplinary foundation that bridges technology, data, and modern marketing practices.She teaches core marketing subjects with an emphasis on practical application, digital transformation, and analytics-driven decision-making. Ms. Divya Sehgal is a graduate in B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Delhi and holds an MBA in Finance. She has a strong academic and professional inclination towards finance and accounting. She is passionate about teaching subjects such as Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Capital Markets, and related areas. Ms. Surbhi Rattan is pursuing her Ph.D. from Singhania University. She completed her MBA (Finance & HR) from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, B.Com (Professional) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and B.Ed. from Advanced College of Engineering and Technology. With over twelve years of academic experience as an Assistant Professor, she demonstrates strong commitment to teaching and student development. Ms. Savitri is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management with four years of teaching experience. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and has qualified the UGC-NET examination. Ms. Neeru Sharma completed her schooling from St. Joseph Convent School, graduation from Delhi University, post-graduation from Annamalai University, and B.Ed. from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU). She also holds a Diploma in Fashion Designing and Apparel Merchandising.
